Our Classes

SUP yoga flow

Join us on one of Montana’s beautiful lakes! This 90 minute class covers the basics of paddling before easing into a yoga-inspired flow, adapted to the water and your comfort zone. Expect to work on core, focus, and balance. We’ll stretch and strengthen, with the understanding that strength is not rigid. Strength is knowing you center and wrapping yourself around it.
